The most important things to be available. When you are available to them when they are feeling low, it will keep their spirits high. Emotional support keeps their moral high and they will be more willing to take medication seriously when they know there is someone who cares about them

Spirituality and faith based therapy is very necessary when you have serious illness, it gives you hope and hope is very important in your treatment journey.

When you have cancer, immediate treatment is necessary. Cancer treatment is a long process and during the process you should never lose hope. You should keep your spirits high. I have an uncle who is battling with cancer since 15 years and he is perfectly fine.

I have a relative who is battling lung cancer for more than 15 years. He has very high spirits, and is perfectly healthy. He says a lot of people who are diagnosed with cancer die due to mental health more than the cancer itself. Since they lose hope, treatment does not work properly.

My father has prostate issue. A year ago, during a random screen my father's PSA count was alarmingly high. We did a biopsy and were very scared about the results. Thankfully, there wasn't anything to worry about.
