Offer consistent presence, listen without trying to fix everything, and respect their feelings. Share caregiving responsibilities, set realistic boundaries, and schedule personal time to rest and recharge. Seek support groups or counseling, practice self-care routines, and communicate openly about emotions.

Offer steady presence, listen without trying to fix everything, and respect your loved one’s autonomy. Share responsibilities among family, set realistic boundaries, and accept outside help. Caregivers should seek counseling, join support groups, rest intentionally, and maintain small routines that protect their own emotional health.
